Ariel brings over ten years of experience in partnership creation, stakeholder engagement, and mission-driven work to Rabin Martin. She specializes in strategy and implementation plans for multi-sector partnerships and program design, management, and evaluation work with multinational companies, foundations, and NGOs. Her on-the-ground experience in global health is central to her role as a trusted advisor for private and public sector partners. Ariel’s portfolio at Rabin Martin includes driving strategy and vision for public private partnerships, evaluating global initiatives focused on health systems strengthening, and supporting programs and evidence generation to promote maternal health.

Ariel’s professional experience has been guided by her deep commitment to mission-driven work. Before joining Rabin Martin, Ariel managed global public health research initiatives at the Center for Global Health & Development at Boston University. Her work spanned HIV prevention for key populations, maternal and child health promotion, and promoting best practices for organizational development in the NGO sector. Ariel’s prior work included business development, institutional giving, and relationship management at a national education reform nonprofit, and a nonprofit management and philanthropy fellowship where she created partnerships to support access to children’s mental healthcare, economic development, and educational achievement.

Ariel holds an MPH in Global Health from Boston University School of Public Health and a BA in Peace & Conflict Studies from Colgate University.
