Isabella Rodrigues is the Business Development Manager at Critical Mass, based in New York. She is responsible for all pitch efforts lead out of New York office, and supports the wider network of Critical Mass offices in Chicago, Toronto, Calgary and Singapore. Since joining Critical Mass in 2014, Isabella has led teams to a number of impressive client wins, including Quinnipiac University, Blizzard Entertainment, McKinsey & Co. and Apple. Prior to joining Critical Mass, Isabella acquired public relations and social media marketing experience with FleishmanHillard, TJX Companies, Constant Contact and Ogilvy & Mather.
Isabella believes strongly that when marketing organizations and global brands form strong partnerships, they can be a force of humanitarian good. As such, she views Business Development as a practice that can help break down the barriers between the philanthropic ambitions of global brands and the highly skilled agency partners who can bring those ambitions to life.
She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Communications from Northeastern University in Boston and in 2017 completed her Masters in Integrated Marketing at New York University.
