Stacey Hightower is the CEO of Omnicom Specialty Marketing Group. As CEO, he is responsible for creating strategic and operational opportunities that provide meaningful solutions for clients, while driving growth and value across a portfolio of leading specialty marketing agencies. His diverse range of expertise includes field marketing, strategic sourcing, brand extension, talent buying, purpose, and philanthropic consulting.
Previously, Stacey spent fifteen years as a change management consultant, implementing performance improvement and operational reengineering initiatives. He is a returned Peace Corps volunteer (where he provided micro-credit to women’s groups in Kenya). He earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his MBA from the Yale School of Management. He also proudly sits on the Board of ideas42 and City Music Cleveland.
